Private lessons offer individualized, hands-on coaching tailored to the athlete’s specific needs, goals, and movement patterns. Whether working with Matt Perper or one of our staff instructors, athletes receive focused instruction, detailed breakdowns, and a personalized development plan built for real progress. We offer single sessions as well as 5-pack and 10-pack options for players who want a structured, consistent training plan. Ideal for athletes looking for dedicated attention and accelerated growth.

Group lessons provide a high-energy, collaborative training environment where athletes learn alongside teammates or friends while still receiving targeted coaching. Sessions are capped small — with options for 2- or 3-player groups — to ensure every athlete gets meaningful reps, movement feedback, and individualized guidance. We offer single-session, 5-pack, and 10-pack options, making it easy for groups to build consistency and compete together while developing their skills.
